Kentucky and Duke open up next years college basketball season in the Champions Classic on November 6th at Bankers Life Fieldhouse in Indianapolis, Indiana. It’s the first regular season game for both clubs and one Duke player is already looking forward to it.
Zion Williamson, who chose Duke over Kentucky back in January, can tell you the exact date of the game. Krysten Peek of Rivals sat down with Duke’s top-ranked recruiting class and the matchup with Kentucky was a topic late in the interview.
Peek asked Williamson if he is looking forward to playing Kentucky since the fans were on him so hard. He replied that every game is important but watch R.J. Barrett roll his eyes to that response. Barrett then asked Williamson to name the date of the Kentucky/Duke game. Before watching this video, I didn’t even know the date of the game. You can watch the exchange in the video below.
