Kentucky outside linebacker Xavier Peters was ruled eligible prior to the Wildcats matchup with Florida in September. Since then, the redshirt freshman has made one appearance, a few late snaps in the South Carolina game.
Peters didn’t travel with the team to Athens for the Georgia game for disciplinary reasons and Mark Stoops addressed why during his Monday news conference at Kroger Field.
According to the UK coach, Peters has had trouble with team expectations and showing up to meetings on time.
That explains why we haven’t seen Peters on the field.
