With Australian punter Matt Panton set to play his final game for Kentucky in a few weeks, the Wildcats needed to add another punter to compete for the starting job with Grant McKinniss next season.

Max Duffy, who played for the Australian Football League’s Fremantle Football Club, committed to Kentucky. He becomes the 19th member of Kentucky’s already strong 2018 recruiting class.

Duffy is the second kicker/punter to commit to the Wildcats 2018 class, joining commit Chance Poore of Anderson, SC. The announcement was made via the Twitter account of Prokick Australia.
