Recruiting in any sport is an emotional process for coaches and fans but nothing compares to what the players go through during the process.
Top prospects are being pulled multiple directions from fans, friends, and relatives but ultimately, it’s the recruits decision and future that is in front of them.
One factor you’re seeing in a number of recruitments is the direction the parent or parents want their child to go. In one of the most bizarre scenes you will see, Jacob Copeland chose to sign with Florida during a broadcast with ESPN, which upset his mother, who was wearing Alabama and Tennessee gear, the other two schools on his list.
