Kentucky guard Tyrese Maxey delivered big shot after big shot in the Wildcats win vs. No. 1 Michigan State Tuesday night at Madison Square Garden.
The UK freshman poured in a game high 26 points, the most ever by freshman in their Kentucky debut.
Maxey’s biggest shot of the game came with the Wildcats leading 62-60 with a minute remaining in the game.
With the shot clock ticking down, Maxey stepped up and drained a three-pointer from deep.
