These Tweets to Charles Matthews Will Make You Proud to be a Kentucky Fan

Former Kentucky Wildcat and current Michigan Wolverine, Charles Matthews, will compete in the Final Four vs. Loyola-Chicago this Saturday.

Following Michigan’s win vs. Florida State on Saturday, Kentucky head coach John Calipari released a tweet congratulating Matthew’s on being named the West Region’s Most Outstanding Player and for reaching the Final Four. A couple of days later, Matthews responded to his former head coach. Pretty classy from both sides.

While that moment back and forth is great, the replies to Matthew’s tweet will make you even more proud to be a Kentucky fan. For a fan base that receives a lot of hate for the few negative fans that show themselves on social media, the replies to Matthew’s were positive.
