The 2019 season came to an end for junior quarterback Terry Wilson on Saturday night vs. Eastern Michigan.
Wilson suffered a torn patellar tendon in his left knee on a hit late in the third quarter. On Sunday, UK announced the injury and confirmed he will undergo season ending surgery.
Wilson’s mother, Loise Wilson, took to Twitter to deliver the Big Blue Nation a message.
#BBN Thank you for your prayers and words of encouragement, we will definitely need them in days to come. TTD3 is a warrior and he’s Kentucky proud! Please please please keep our goal in mind! #Catlanta #BringIt 💙My CATS!!

The end of that message includes Catlanta, which means the SEC Championship in Atlanta.
It’s time for the BBN to rally behind Sawyer Smith and continue to move forward with the 2019 season while Terry works to come back stronger.
