The Kentucky Wildcats dropped their first SEC game of the season Wednesday night, an 81-78 loss to the South Carolina Gamecocks in Columbia.
Colonial Life Arena is always a hostile environment, especially when the Wildcats are in town.
The loss is the fourth at South Carolina during the John Calipari era and the second consecutive.
There’s a lot to discuss about the loss but one thing that should be mentioned is how Ashton Hagans was able to look the other way when a South Carolina fan heckled him on the floor.
Hagans fouled out late in the game and walked to the end of the bench. While he was standing there, a South Carolina fan that was way too close to the floor begin mocking and heckling Hagans.
Somehow, Hagans was able to keep his cool.
