John Calipari Expects Reid Travis to miss at Least 1-2 Weeks

Kentucky coach John Calipari provided an update on the status of Reid Travis’ knee injury that he suffered during Tuesday nights win vs. Missouri. However, there is not a clear timetable for his return.

In a taped segment with Tom Leach, Calipari said the following:

“I would say at the least he is going to be out a week to ten days, maybe two weeks.”

UK Athletics added that tests are still being done and nothing is confirmed yet.

Cal, who pre-recorded his segment for the show because of recruiting responsibilities, confirms @2ReidTravis2 was to get evaluated tonight.

“You just don’t know w/this stuff. Let’s hope it’s good news and it’s only a couple weeks. He’s worked so hard and had such a huge impact.”
