PJ Washington had Successful Surgery on Broken Finger

Charlotte Hornets forward PJ Washington had successful surgery Monday on his fractured finger he suffered in last Friday’s win vs. the Chicago Bulls. The injury is on his shooting hand.

According to ESPN’s Adrian Wojnarowski, Washington will be sidelined with the injury through Christmas.

The former Kentucky Wildcat has started all 28 games for the Hornets this season, averaging 12.3 points and 5.3 rebounds. Washington is shooting 48 percent from the field and 40.6 percent from three-point range.
