Every night you turn your TV to an NBA game, the chances of seeing multiple Kentucky players on the floor are very good.
The Wildcats have the most players in the league and it doesn’t matter whether or not those guys played together at Kentucky, they support and pull for each other.
Last week, Patrick Patterson and the Los Angeles Clippers were getting ready to face the Charlotte Hornets, who have three former UK players in Michael Kidd-Gilchrist, Malik Monk and PJ Washington.
Prior to the game, Patterson was asked about Washington and what he likes about his game. The former Cat also said he pulls for all of his brothers from Kentucky and that he hopes to see a former Wildcat on every NBA roster.
Washington is off to a hot start in his NBA career, averaging 15 points and 6.7 rebounds per game while shooting 50 percent from three-point range.
Hornets at LA tonight will feature a matchup between two @KentuckyMBB PFs. @pdpatt had high praise for @PJWashington (“Freak of nature”) while adding that he would like to see a Kentucky player on every NBA roster pic.twitter.com/AnuwDV3a52
