While John Calipari is currently trying to land graduate transfer Kerry Blackshear Jr., the UK head coach is also looking ahead to the 2021 class.
On Tuesday, Calipari offered Paolo Banchero. The 2021 target announced the offer on Twitter.
Banchero, a 6-foot-9, 235-pound native of Seattle, WA., is rated the No. 6 overall player in the 2021 class, according to the 247 Sports Composite.
The power forward is the third member of the 2021 class to earn an offer from Calipari, joining Terrence Clarke and Jonathan Kuminga.
