Kentucky coach Mark Stoops will attempt to win one of his biggest recruiting battles. However, it isn’t for a player.
Early Wednesday morning, KSR reported new Michigan State head coach Mel Tucker had reached out to Vince Marrow about joining his coaching staff in East Lansing. News broke Tuesday night that Tucker was leaving Colorado to accept the Spartans job.
On Wednesday evening, Matt Jones reported that Stoops is returning from a trip early to meet with Marrow and attempt to convince him to stay at Kentucky.
Will Kentucky and Stoops fight off Michigan State to keep Marrow in Lexington? We should have an answer soon.
