While former Wildcats Bam Adebayo and De’Aaron Fox have had their moments in the spotlight this season, Malik Monks has had his ups and downs. Finally, things are beginning to look up for the former Wildcat.

Monk scored a career high 26 points and matched a career high 8 assists in a 137-100 win vs. the Orlando Magic. In all, Monk connected on 8-of-14 shot attempts, including 4-of-6 from long range and a perfect 6-of-6 from the free throw line.

In his last four games, Monk is averaging 20 points per game. Additionally, he has knocked down 16 of his last 34 attempts from three-point range, including three consecutive games of at least four makes, making him the first rookie in NBA history to make 4+ 3-pointers in three straight games off the bench.
