This is always a rough time of year for Kentucky basketball fans as they say goodbye to players way too soon. For freshmen that get unfairly labeled as careless and abusers of the program, John Calipari always seems to get the best kids.
Former Kentucky Wildcat Kevin Knox is the perfect example of what kind of character Calipari’s players have. He and teammate Shai Gilgeous-Alexander began their signing tours around the state last week and as usual, plenty of fans swarmed various locations around the state.
One stop for Knox was in Simpsonville, Kentucky, where a long line of Wildcat fans was standing outside when he arrived. Before entering the building, Knox took the time to greet every single fan standing in line. Watch Knox put big smiles on the faces of fans and children in the video below.
