The free throw line has been a major weapon for John Calipari’s club this season and the Wildcats came through at the charity stripe again in a 65-59 win vs. Florida.

Kentucky connected on 10-of-10 free throw attempts vs. the Gators, including all four in the final 12 seconds with the game on the line.

It’s the eleventh time in school history that UK has made every free throw in a game (minimum 10 attempts). The last time it happened was against Florida on February 7, 2012, ironically enough.

The performance at the free throw line was the tenth straight game the Wildcats have shot 75 percent or better.

Tyrese Maxey and Immanuel Quickley both went 2-of-2 from the free throw line in the final seconds of the game, improving Kentucky’s percentage in two possession games in the final 3 minutes of regulation or overtime.

The Wildcats are now shooing better than 85 percent in those situations, connecting on 97-of-113.
