Update: Despite reports, word is that Kentucky has not offered Aidan Igiehon.
Contrary to reports, I’m told Kentucky has yet to offer Aidan Igiehon, who has Wildcats in final four with Louisville, Oregon and St. John’s.

The Kentucky Wildcats and John Calipari have a new target for the 2019 recruiting class.
Earlier this week, the Wildcats offered Aidan Igiehon, a 6-foot-10 big man. Pat Lawless confirmed that the offer was extended on Sunday.
Igiehon is ranked the No. 33 overall prospect, according to the 247Sports Composite. He released his top four schools on Tuesday evening. In addition to Kentucky, he included Louisville, Oregon, and St. Johns.
I’m not even supposed to be here, thank you to every school and coach that has spent time and effort recruiting me, I’ve made lifelong relationships during this process. I am blessed to announce my final four schools. @TiptonEdits pic.twitter.com/B4tYOkCcgp

With Memphis believed to be gaining steam in James Wiseman’s recruitment, it appears Calipari is making sure he doesn’t strike out on big men for 2019. The Wildcats top two targets are Wiseman and Vernon Carey Jr., but Calipari isn’t going to put himself in a bad spot with big men.
