Kentucky will be the No. 2 Seed in the SEC Tournament

The Kentucky Wildcats picked up a 66-57 victory vs. Florida on Senior Day at Rupp Arena to claim the No. 2 seed in the SEC Tournament.

Tennessee’s loss at Auburn, followed by UK’s regular season finale victory, places Kentucky into the 7 p.m. ET. tip in Friday’s SEC Tournament Quarterfinal round. Tennessee will play the dreaded 9:30 p.m. game, which would require a quick turnaround before a 3:30 matchup on Saturday.

Regardless of what happens in tonight’s LSU/Vanderbilt matchup, LSU will claim the No. 1 seed in Nashville. However, a loss to Vandy would result in LSU, Kentucky, and Tennessee sharing the regular season championship.

A bracket will be posted when the final SEC regular season game is played later tonight.
