The NCAA is honestly the worst thing you can ever think of and there’s no reasoning for it.
There was a chance that Kentucky and Notre Dame would’ve played a charity scrimmage this month but the NCAA added a rule that a third “charity” game has to be counted as one of the two exhibition matchups.
Jeff Goodman reported the news Monday morning.
It sounded as if there was a chance that Notre Dame was going to play Kentucky, but NCAA killed it by not allowing a third “charity” preseason scrimmage/exhibition.
