John Calipari just landed one of the biggest one-and-done talents of his career.
Reid Travis, a graduate transfer from Stanford, committed to Kentucky on Wednesday. He officially visited Kentucky the last two days and he will have one year of eligibility remaining.
The 6-foot-8 forward is the final piece to the puzzle for Calipari’s 2018-19 Kentucky Wildcats. Travis helps solidify Kentucky as one of the favorites, if not the favorite, to win the 2019 NCAA title.
The 2019 Final Four will take place in Minneapolis, MN., the hometown of Travis. He averaged 19.5 points and 8.7 rebounds per game as a junior, on his way to earning first team All PAC-12 honors.
