Kentucky football has enjoyed the Fourth of July holiday with some fireworks of their own.
On Wednesday evening, 2019 target Nikolas Ognenovic announced his commitment to Kentucky via social media.
Ognenovic, a 6-foot-6, 235-pound tight end from Fort Lauderdale, Florida, chose Kentucky over Pittsburgh, Louisville, Purdue, Ole Miss, and South Florida, among others.
According to 247 Sports, Ognenovic is rated the No. 31 tight end in the nation for the Class of 2019.
Ognenovic is the second Florida product to commit to Kentucky today. Earlier on Wednesday, three-star wide receiver DeMarcus Harris chose the Wildcats.
