Kentucky Basketball Released a Cool Graphic to Announce Game with Utah

Kentucky Basketball Schedule Date for Utah Game Confirmed

The 2018-2019 Kentucky basketball schedule is taking shape and UK has confirmed a date, time, and location for the non-conference game vs. Utah.

 

UK announced the two-year agreement with Utah on Thursday with a home date set for 2018-2019 and a neutral site location for 2019-2020 season.

The first of the two meetings will take place at Rupp Arena on December 15, 2018. The second will be played at T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas on December 18, 2019.

 

Playing Utah will bring back pleny of memories for Kentucky fans. The best of those will be memories from the 1998 NCAA Championship game in San Antonio.

Now that the meetings are official, we have a better look at what the 2018-2019 non-conference schedule will look like. In fact, the Kentucky Basketball Twitter account released a video that includes the non-conference games that are confirmed. The video includes the breakaway dunk from Jeff Shepard in the 1998 title game and Tubby Smith holding up the NCAA trophy.
