Keion Brooks Put on a Show in the Jordan Brand Classic

Three future Kentucky Wildcats participated in Saturday’s Jordan Brand Classic game.

Signees Tyrese Maxey, Kahlil Whitney, and Keion Brooks all played on the winning team, a sign of what is hopefully to come in Lexington this fall.

While Maxey and Whitney have both received a lot of attention during their recruitments, Brooks was the one left out of the McDonald’s All-American game. On Saturday, he proved he can play with the best and belonged in that game.

In just 14 minutes of action, Brooks scored 15 points, including a pair of highlight dunks. The 6-foot-7 forward from Fort Wayne, Indiana, added 6 rebounds, 2 steals, and a block in a 132-125 win.

Additionally, Maxey chipped in with 13 points, 5 rebounds, and 4 assists. Whitney added 18 points and two rebounds.
