Karl-Anthony Towns has always seemed like the quiet type, but that switch flipped last night vs. Philadelphia.
Joel Embiid and Towns got tangled up following a play and it led to a fight between the two.
Towns and Embiid eventually ended up on the ground, where Ben Simmons puts the former UK big man in a chokehold. The NBA will review the incident over the next few days and suspensions will definitely be handed out.
While Towns certainly was upset, his mother made sure to let Embiid know she wasn’t happy as he walked to the tunnel.
