The Minnesota Timberwolves picked up their first win of the NBA playoffs tonight and former Kentucky Wildcat Karl-Anthony Towns was having some fun.
Towns had a double-double with 18 points and 16 rebounds to help lead the Timberwolves to a victory, but nothing tops him trolling James Harden. The Houston Rockets guard will likely be the league MVP in a few weeks, but that didn’t stop Towns from having some fun with his two air balls.
In the first video, Harden’s contested three fell short and rolled out of bounds. If you look closely, you can see Towns searching for the ball. A pretty funny moment, but Harden shot the second airball and of course, Towns didn’t let the opportunity pass him by.
