Report: Kahlil Whitney Leaning Towards Entering NBA Draft

Former Kentucky forward Kahlil Whitney is leaning towards entering his name in the 2020 NBA Draft, according to Evan Daniels of 247Sports.

Whitney left the Kentucky basketball program on January 24th after averaging 3.3 points and 1.7 rebounds through 18 games with Kentucky.

As the season went along, Whitney watched his role pretty much disappear which wasn’t what the former McDonald’s All-American expected when he arrived at Kentucky last June.

Once a projected first round pick, Whitney isn’t showing up on recent draft boards. Hopefully, he makes the best and smartest decision for his career.
