It’s not Kentucky basketball, but the NBA Playoffs are the closest thing to it right now. It also helps that former Wildcats are making game winning plays on the sports biggest stage.

While Anthony Davis, Rajon Rondo, and Karl-Anthony Towns had their fun on Saturday, it was former Wildcat John Wall’s turn on Sunday evening. The Washington Wizards star scored 27 points and dished out a game-high 14 assists to help even the series with the Toronto Raptors at 2-2.

Davis has been providing plenty of highlight plays since the playoffs kicked off earlier this month. Not to be outdone, Wall had a highlight play of his own on Sunday.

The former Kentucky Wildcat sized up a defender on the wing before using his lighting quickness to blow by him. He was challenged at the rim by Jonas Valancuinas, but used his left hand to throw down the poster dunk.
