John Calipari wants Fans to Get Behind this Team Tuesday Night

Kentucky head coach John Calipari is doing everything possible to get his team prepared for a tournament run in March. So much, that he is encouraging fans to get behind this team at home on Tuesday night vs. Tennessee.

These are good kids who are just understanding how bad they need each other. They’re just so young, but we’re going to get this.

If you remember, Calipari used this same method during the 2012-2013 season that ended in an NIT appearance. I doubt that Calipari believes this team will play in the NIT but I do think he feels doubt it setting in with some of the guys.

The Wildcats have a tough 8-game stretch to conclude the regular season. The Cats still have Tennessee, Alabama, Missouri, and Ole Miss at home while road games at Texas A&M, Auburn, Arkansas, and Florida remain.
