John Calipari Wished Sacha Killeya-Jones the Best at NC State

Former Kentucky forward Sacha Killeya-Jones announced on Tuesday that he is continuing his career at North Carolina State University. Kentucky coach John Calipari released the following statement about the decision.

“A great kid headed to play for a great coach, a great program and a great school,” said John Calipari on Twitter. “I wish SKJ all the best.”

Killeya-Jones, a native of Chapel Hill (NC.), will sit out the 2018-2019 season and use his available redshirt to save two remaining years of eligibility. Calipari brought Killeya-Jones to Kentucky as a member of a stellar 2016 recruiting class.
