The 9th ranked Kentucky Wildcats got back to their winning ways Monday night at Rupp Arena, beating Utah Valley 82-74.
The Wildcats were led by sophomore point guard Ashton Hagans, who finished with a career night in the win. Hagans led all scorers with 26 points and added five rebounds and five assists in 37 minutes of action.
Junior big man Nick Richards recorded a double double with 21 points and 10 rebounds to anchor the Wildcats inside.
Overall, Kentucky had a lot of success at the free throw line, as they connected on 31-of-34 free throw attempts. Hagans was a perfect 12-of-12 from the line.
