The 2019-2020 Kentucky basketball team is putting in work this summer to prepare for the upcoming season.
John Calipari has another talented roster but this could be one of his most versatile teams with so many guys that interchange and play multiple positions.
While Cal is busy getting his team ready, he took a few moments to update Big Blue Nation on what’s going on with his team and he also took a shot at Duke in the process.
We don’t promote two guys and push everyone else to the curb. This is about all these kids becoming their best version. As this team succeeds, we all become our best version. BIG TEAM, BETTER ME. And yes, we trademarked that.

One would say that Coach K and Duke promoted Zion Williamson and RJ Barrett last season while others were forgotten about. This is fresh off comments from Jay Bilas, where the ESPN analyst and former Blue Devil stated college coaches and programs don’t produce NBA players.
"What about Tyler Herro? What about Eric Bledsoe?"
"It doesn’t matter what school you go to, you’re going to make it if you’re supposed to. Do you believe that’s true?"
John Calipari disagrees with @JayBilas' notion about college programs not “producing” NBA players. pic.twitter.com/5LGUJ2OjYK
