John Calipari Believes OKC Got a Gem with Hamidou Diallo

Kentucky coach John Calipari has been busy recruiting the last couple of days, making stops in South Carolina, Georgia, and New York.

While in New York, Calipari caught up with former UK guard Hamidou Diallo. Calipari believes the Oklahoma City Thunder got a gem when they traded for Diallo on draft night.

Diallo played well during NBA Summer League action in Vegas. He found his stride late in the season at Kentucky and he carried it over to his first games as a professional.
