The Kentucky Wildcats picked up a tough 80-76 win at Ole Miss Tuesday night to help John Calipari achieve another milestone at Kentucky.

The win is the 300th at Kentucky for Calipari, making him only the second coach in program history to reach 300 wins (Adolph Rupp 876).

The Wildcats, who are still without senior forward Reid Travis, battled to bounce back from last Saturday’s disaster in Knoxville.

Freshman guards Keldon Johnson (22) and Tyler Herro (20) led the Wildcats in scoring, while PJ Washington rebounded from two early fouls to score 13 points.

The Wildcats return to action vs. Florida at Rupp Arena on Saturday afternoon. Hopefully, Travis will be able to play his final game at Rupp Arena.
