Former Kentucky forward Jarred Vanderbilt was selected with the No. 41 pick by the Orlando Magic in Thursday nights NBA Draft.
The Magic sent the draft rights to Vanderbilt to the Denver Nuggets, where he was introduced on Friday, along with Michael Porter Jr. and Thomas Welsh.
The Nuggets now have three former Wildcats in Vanderbilt, Jamal Murray, and Trey Lyles.
Vanderbit and his family attended an introductory press conference on Friday and his mother was still rocking Kentucky blue.
Vanderbilt has landed in a good spot with the Nuggets, who will be patient with his injury. It appears he recently had another surgery, as he was pictured using a scooter with a boot on his foot.
