Immanuel Quickley Tweeted his Thoughts about No Fans at NCAA Tourney

The NCAA announced Wednesday that the NCAA men’s and women’s tournaments will be played without fans in attendance due to coronavirus.

NCAA President Mark Emmert released a statement saying “only essential staff and limited family in attendance.”

The NCAA tournament being played in empty arenas will be one of the weirdest things you will see in sports. Not only will it be weird for fans to watch from home, but it will be a different experience for the players, especially the ones that love feeding off the crowds energy.

Kentucky sophomore guard Immanuel Quickley is one of those guys and it didn’t take long for him to tweet his reaction to the news. I think he is all of us right now.

I’m sure more players will share their thoughts about the NCAA’s decision once everything is final and in place.
