The Kentucky Wildcats are beginning to put things together just in time for the calendar to turn to March. You want your team playing their best basketball of the season late and Kentucky most certainly is doing that.
The Wildcats defeated Ole Miss by a score of 96-78 at Rupp Arena Tuesday night, their fourth consecutive win. That’s four straight wins with three of them coming against teams projected to make the NCAA tournament (Alabama, Arkansas, and Missouri).
Kentucky’s offense is starting to come along, thanks to multiple guys reaching double figures. For the third consecutive game, the Wildcats had at least five players score in double figures and Hamidou Diallo just missed being the sixth with nine points.
