Everything John Calipari said Following Kentucky’s Win

The Kentucky Wildcats used a strong second half to pull away from Mount St. Mary’s Friday night at Rupp Arena.

After leading 39-34 at the half, Kentucky outscored the Mountaineers by 15 points in the second half to pick up their fourth win of the season, 82-62.

The Wildcats were led again by junior Nick Richards, who finished with a game-high 19 points in 33 minutes. Fresh off a 21-point, 10 rebound performance in a win vs. Utah Valley, Richards knocked down 7-of-10 shot attempts Friday night.

Kentucky also got another solid performance from Ashton Hagans, who finished with 16 points, 7 rebounds and seven assists. The Wildcats also welcomed back Immanuel Quickley and E.J. Montgomery from injury. Quickley finished with 13 points and Montgomery added seven.
