It was a big weekend in Lexington with Big Blue Madness and Kentucky football’s huge win vs. Arkansas. On Sunday, the Kentucky Basketball Women’s Clinic was held at Rupp Arena.
The event is always something the team enjoys doing and the coaching staff also participates. Ellen Calipari is the popular Calipari during the women’s clinic and that didn’t change this year.
The women got the chance to interact with the strength and conditioning staff, as Rob Strong put them through some challenges, including a plank-off.
The Kentucky Basketball Twitter account posted the following video of Ellen and LEX18’s Jennifer Palumbo going head to head. Ellen put up an impressive time of nearly two minutes.
John Calipari knows he will never hear the end of it from Ellen and I’m sure an Instagram post will be coming sometime tomorrow.
I would pay a large amount of money to watch Cal and Ellen go head to head in a plank-off.
