Eleven years ago today, Jodie Meeks turned in the most memorable single-game performance in Kentucky basketball history.
On January 13, 2009, Meeks scored a school record 54 points in a win at Tennessee, breaking Dan Issel’s scoring record.
Meeks knocked down 15-of-22 shots from the field, including 10-of-15 from three-point range. Meeks was also a perfect 14-of-14 from the free throw line.
