Kentucky freshman EJ Montgomery will enter his name into the 2019 NBA Draft, UK announced on Friday.
Montgomery said he wants to be a first round pick and if the feedback he receives meets that, he will remain in the draft.
EJ Montgomery has decided to test the waters and is declaring for the NBA Draft. Under new NCAA rules, EJ can sign with an NCAA-certified agent, receive feedback and still return to school. He has until May 29 to make a final decision. Good luck, EJ!

Montgomery appeared in 37 games for Kentucky last season, averaging 3.8 rebounds and 4.1 rebounds.
Players have until May 29th to withdraw their from the draft.
