Former Kentucky Wildcat Anthony Davis is putting on a show in the first round of the NBA playoffs.
The New Orleans Pelicans star has helped lead his team to a 3-0 series lead vs. the Portland Trail Blazers. On Thursday night, Davis recorded 28 points and 11 rebounds in his team’s 119-102 victory.
Also, joining in on the fun is former UK point guard Rajon Rondo, who finished with 16 points, 11 assists, and five rebounds. Additionally, former Wildcat Darius Miller added 8 points off the bench, including two made three-pointers.
Davis and Rondo’s strong performances led to praise from ESPN’s Dick Vitale on Twitter m, who said Davis is the best young superstar in the NBA.
Vitale failed to mention Miller, who BBN is also proud of.
