Friday nights Big Blue Madness was the eleventh of the John Calipari era and it was the best introduction he has received as Kentucky head coach.
Bruce Buffer, the famous UFC Octagon announcer, introduced the men’s basketball team to the Big Blue Nation. After announcing each player, Buffer saved his best for last when Calipari walked to the floor.
Buffer introduced Calipari and included his list of accomplishments. You could tell the UK coach loved every second of it.
The introduction was so good you have to watch it again. I vote we get Buffer to introduce the team every game at Rupp Arena.
