Hagans remembered Anthony Edwards said Maxey was too small

The Kentucky Wildcats defeated the Georgia Bulldogs for the second time in fourteen days Tuesday night at Rupp Arena, winning by a score of 89-79.

This time around, no Georgia players celebrated or pumped their chest at halftime.

Sophomore guard Ashton Hagans remembered what Anthony Edwards did to Tyrese Maxey during the matchup in Athens. Edwards scored on Maxey, knocking him to the ground, and then told him he was too small.

Hagans didn’t forget. After he scored a basket in the second half over the outstretched arm of Edwards, Hagans put his hand to the floor to say Edwards is too small.
