I’m not sure if Anthony Davis heard what Skip Bayless said about him last week but if he did, Skip needs to say even more. Over the last week, Davis has been virtually unstoppable and you can now cement his name in the race for NBA MVP.
The former Kentucky big man scored 53 points and grabbed 17 rebounds, the third 50-point, 15-rebound game of his career, which is the most by any player in the last 30 years.
Davis also recorded 5 blocks, making him the second player (Bob McAdoo) to record 50+ points, 15+ rebounds, and 5+ blocks in a single game in NBA history. Check out highlights of his night below.

Not to be forgotten, Devin Booker also had himself a night. The former UK sharp shooter flirted with a triple double, scoring 40 points, grabbing 10 rebounds, and dishing out seven assists.
Booker was 14-of-24 from the floor, including 3-of-10 from the three-point line and 9-of-11 from the charity stripe. You can check out highlights of his night below.
