I told myself that I wouldn’t do this because reading into tweets is usually meaningless but I couldn’t help myself on this one. Kentucky football’s season came to an end with a one-point loss to Northwestern in Friday’s Music City Bowl and now a couple of players are tweeting cryptic tweets, again.
The first tweet came from redshirt freshman A.J. Rose, who didn’t have the season that everyone expected him to have. Rose, who was the third-string back this season, was the favorite to take over the back up role behind Benny Snell. However, junior Sihiem King performed well in fall camp and was productive when given opportunities this season, resulting in Rose seeing limited action.
Decisions Decisions Decisions!

Star freshman Lynn Bowden joined in on the Twitter action by retweeting the initial tweet by Rose. This isn’t the first time Bowden has tweeted cryptic tweets, as he did so following the 2017 season opener at Southern Miss.

After hearing it from fans, Bowden tweeting the following tweet.
Y’all get off my case unless you know what’s on my mind ??♂️ if I wanted to leave I would let y’all know now leave me alone !!

Once again, this could mean absolutely nothing and they could be talking about picking a place to eat. Lexington has a lot of choices and sometimes its even difficult for myself to choose. Let’s hope that’s all it is.
